These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Inspirational Web Designs (inspirationalwebdesigns.com), operated by Custom Logic (Pty) Ltd. By using this site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

Inspirational Web Designs provides:

• A curated gallery of web design examples, free to browse
• A style quiz that generates a personalised design style profile, free to complete
• An AI-powered design brief generator, available as a one-time paid purchase

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without notice.

The design brief generator is sold as a one-time purchase. Payment is processed by PayFast (South African customers) or Stripe (international customers). All transactions are in the currency displayed at checkout.

Because the brief is generated and delivered digitally and immediately upon payment confirmation, we do not offer refunds once the brief has been generated and made available for download. If you experience a technical failure that prevents delivery, contact us at info@inspirationalwebdesigns.com and we will resolve it.

Under the Consumer Protection Act 68 of 2008 (South Africa), you may have additional rights where applicable.

The design brief is generated using an AI language model (Anthropic Claude). The output is based on the answers you provide and your quiz profile. By its nature, AI-generated content is not guaranteed to be error-free, complete, or suited to every use case.

The brief is a starting point for a conversation with a developer or designer — not a legally binding specification. We are not responsible for any decisions made, contracts entered into, or costs incurred based on the content of a generated brief.

You own the brief generated for you. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over the output.

Some links on this site — particularly "Built with" tags and tool references on gallery entry pages — are affiliate links. If you click an affiliate link and make a purchase, we may receive a commission from the tool provider at no extra cost to you.

Affiliate relationships do not influence which sites are included in the gallery or how they are presented. Curation is done independently. We only link to tools we believe are relevant to the content.

Affiliate links are identified using rel="sponsored" in accordance with search engine guidelines.

The gallery showcases publicly accessible websites for editorial and educational purposes. Screenshots are used to illustrate design style. The AI commentary on gallery entries represents our editorial opinion and is not a commercial endorsement.

The site design, code, copy, and curation are the property of Custom Logic (Pty) Ltd. You may not copy or reproduce any part of the site without written permission.

The screenshots displayed in the gallery remain the property of their respective owners.

To the extent permitted by South African law, Custom Logic (Pty) Ltd is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from your use of this site or any generated brief. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the service that gave rise to the claim.
